Ways to find out if a Store is closed

Is there a straight forward way to find out from Xcenter  ( V16)  if  register /store is closed for a store ?  LOC_state_Journal ?   OR any other straight forward way? Please let me know     

Please note  LOC_STATE_JOURNAL  ha entry  for RTL_LOC_STATE  even if the store process fail.
