Xstore- Processing .DAT file created from RMS

Hi Community,

Item related DAT files generated from RMS, when I uploaded in xstore (Folder:download and run the dataloader2) items are inserted, But in ITM_ITEM table  Name and Description columns coming like below shared in Image.

When I scan the item using item_id (EX:5471609773896)  In xstore UI its showing Casual.

How can I get words in Name and Description columns. Please anyone  suggest.
