OTM:Error while clicking on Assign Rate

Hi Team,

I'm receiving the below error while clicking on Assign Rate on Shipments page.

Can you please provide your valueble suggestions.

Error Exception RECALC SHIP timed out waiting for SHIPMENT:  XX_DXX-5182-4182-20180222.

The object is held by Activity: ASSIGN RATE (AGENT), Machine: APP_06, Thread: agentUtility - 7, Process: 95164749, Since: 2018-02-28 22:38:54 CET.
