Blank pop-ups/pick applet for Siebel 7.5.3.15[16279] running on IE6 installed on Win2012

We have below setup on which pop-ups (pick applets) don't show any data in them.

We use VM ware to open application in IE6, this automatically routes the request based on certain text in the URL,attaching the screenshot for the same

This was working fine for long time but we started seeing this of late. This is impacting the users as they are not able to select any values form pick applets

Siebel Server -> Win2012

IE -> IE6

Siebel -> 7.5.3.15[16279]
