Payable Credit memos got created without distributions which were triggered as part of Inter project

Hello,

Payable Credit memos got created without distributions which were triggered as part of Inter project billing.

For manual AP credit memos, not facing any issue, and able to generate distribution accounts, No issue with standard IPB invoices

Getting error 'Unexpected error occurred during tax calculation. Exception:User defined exception. Please correct the problem or contact your sys admin.

Checked tax setup and everything fine.

What could be reason?

Is it becoz of Project Supplier Invoice Account Generation  issue that only for credit memos?
