Postal Code Editing - enable for use in P4006 from within P4210 sales order

Can  Postal Code Editing be enabled when using Address Override P4006 as a part of SOE using P4210?

I see processing options in P01012 and the feature works for us.

However, I don't see a way to enable for use in sales order.  Can this be done and how would it be enabled for use on Address Override.
