OT Calculation

We have requirement to pay Over time amount on benefit components like HRA and other components with 1.5 rates, do we have any standard set up to achieve my requirement.

Eg : Standard working hours: 240

        OT hours:30

Excepted Result:

Basic Pay    - 240 hours   -  10000

HRA                                 -  3000

OT                - 30 Hours   -   2347.7       ( Hourly Rate * 1.5 +  (HRA/240) * 1.5 )

Current setup :

When we process per payroll, system instead of paying 1.5 rate for HRS components for OT hours, it is giving with normal rate 1.
