Order Information Portal - Allowing one external customer contact to view orders for multiple custo

In the Oracle Order Information Portal, I want to give one customer contact person access to the orders of multiple customers. Currently I have setup a customer, but I can only view orders for that one customer.I have attempted setting up AOL security for the portal, by creating an object and assigning grants, but have not succeeded.

The customer needs to be able to use one username and password to view the orders for the different customers. The external user must not have to use multiple log ins to view the orders
