Unable to release a sales order

Hi Team,

I am unable to release a sales order after pick release, It displays a message 'Pick release successfully completed' but item is not released to warehouse.

In shipping transactions form it is still in the status 'Ready to Release'. There is some issue with the order, please help to resolve the issue.
