BI Publisher Custom Print / Custom Report Time Zone

Hello!

We're noticing that all date/time elements displayed in custom prints or reports are displayed in GMT, which is 7 hours ahead of 99% of our users.

  • Should the time reflect the time zone in the user's (Unifier) preferences?
  • Or is this a setting on the BI Publisher side?  If so, would we need an SR to adjust as a SaaS customer?
  • Or is this something that needs to be adjusted for within the print/report?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
