IR / ISO Sync for Multiple orgs

Hi,

One of our clients has the following scenario and they

Org A                    Org B                    Org C

IR           >>>        ISO

                              IR           >>>        ISO

A change in ISO in Org C doesn’t drive the change in IR in Org A. There is a workaround stated in this note (Doc ID 2308265.1). I will like to know if there is any change to this behavior in R12.2+? Also if there is any enhancement or idea logged for it.
