Pre-Hire Process in the Post-Offer Checks Step

Has anyone had an issue with the ability to check the Pre-Hire Process in the Post-Offer Checks step even though the candidate has already given consent for the background check in the Interviews step?  Recruiters are accidentally clicking on the Pre-hire process instead of the New-hire process and re-triggering the background consent email to the candidate.  This only became a problem when we upgraded to 15B.6.2.
