Internal Requisition and Internal Sales Order not picking price from Price List

Hi,

I have set up IRISO as follows:

1- INV: Advanced Pricing for Intercompany Invoiceset to Yes

2- CST: Transfer Pricing Option to Yes, Price As Incoming Cost

3- Advanced pricing formula set up as Selling Org cost plus 6% margin

4- Costing method in both orgs is perpetual average

But when I process the transaction and view the costing of transaction in both inv orgs, the cost of transaction is effected at average cost of selling org. Whereas I am expecting the transaction to effect as per advanced pricing formula i,e Cost plus 6% margin.

Please advise anyone.
