Performance issue with XML report for Romanian language

We have a custom concurrent program "IRON Global AR Selected Invoices Print". If we are selecting "English" / "French" language in user log-on screen, its working fine. If we are selecting the language as "Romania", the request is running forever. We generated the trace as well, and found that the execution is not reaching to Report Query level. The session is immediately going to "Inactive" state.
