Full Package Build Error after Fix Current

Folks,

We are upgrading from 9.0 to 9.2 with Tools Release 9.2.2.2. We completed the Spec Merge conversion and were able to get a successful build after. We then applied UN2 and all Fix Current ESUs to the PD920 environment. The issue we are facing is while trying to build the Full package after the Fix Current. The build completes with multiple objects in either "error" or "not found". This includes all kinds of objects standard business functions, tables, etc. I have gone through all the possible logs and they all point to this error in the server package build log...

Thu Mar  1 01:50:41  -  spkgclnt.c:1179 PKGCLT0054 ERROR: Failed to transfer /OneWorld/Packages/PD920FC/checkin/source/b31b8000.c to the server.
