OCM reporting warning that has been ignored

In the graphic that is in the 'HOME' tab in the oracle Collection Manager, we see the % of Fails, Warnings and PASS, we have ignored the Warnings and Pass with the hope of seen 100% of Passed but the warnings are still reported

 

Customer edited following script and fixed the issue.

 

We have fixed the issue by doing the following:From the APEX application Click “App Builder”Click “Collection Manager”

 

The problem is in the HOME page, Click * Home

 

In the HOME page we search the differences between FAILS an WARNINGS and why when we ignore the them the graphic is not reporting the FAILS but still reports WARNINGS\
