FDMEE runreport.bat execution is failing

I created some batch definitions in FDMEE and would like to run them manually.

my syntax is as follows: E:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\epmsystem1\FinancialDataQuality\runbatch.bat admin password PSFT_location one_batch_definition_name When executed i receive this error "Oracle instance is not defined. It has to be passed as a system argument. Unable to load servlet URL from configuration." I am running this from the FDMEE server.

what would be the reason for this error and how could i correct it?
