Configured item cost components in F30026

We have records in the F30026 for configured items.  According to DOC ID 625992.1, there should be no cost components in the F30026 for config items.  We have processed numerous transactions against configured FG.  I have deleted all Simulated costs, then ran frozen cost update (R30835) in Proof mode.  The update wants to remove all costs for all existing config records.  How can I remove the costs only where the LOTN = blank and leave the other records?  Data selection is based solely on the F4012, so LOTN is not available.
