Why do some AR due dates contain a timestamp?

Hello AR gurus,

Any idea why some due_date values in the ar_payment_schedules_all table do contain a timestamp behind their actual date?
This value is calculated and we would expect to have just date there only.
Is this some kind of bug in the standard code?
