JDE Boilerplates download for OVR - BI Publisher

Hello MOSC
We're trying to configure OVR with your JDE 9.1 installation. We already have the BI Publisher server active.
I cannot find in Update Center the JDE Boilerplates indicated in this guide.
Where can I find it, or is there somewhere else with another name?
One View Reporting should be appearing in the drop-down list in UC, but there's nowhere to be found.
Any info or guidance will be appreciated.
