Unable to view journal lines in journal form

Hi everybody,

I have a problem with an user that have assigned a "GL Posting" responsibility.

When she try to query a specific journal in the journal form doesn't appears the lines but, if she try to query it using a "GL Inquiry" responsibility, the lines appears. 

She tell me that the journal have an OU different than the others that can see.
