ODA X5-2 patch for January 2018 CPU

The back story :: our DBA left 10 months ago, and after he did so we discovered that he hadn't applied any updates to our ODA X5-2 (virtualized.)

Over the last couple of months I've been working with consultants to get our ODA upgraded to the current patch set. We applied 12.1.2.12.0 back in January.

I received the emails that the Oracle January CPU had been released several weeks ago, but when I went to look to see if there was a new ODA patch bundle, I don't see one.

Is there a delay between when the CPU has been released and when the ODA patches are released?
