NL DB restore stuck at GRANT/OWNER_GRANT/OBJECT_GRANT

Hello ,

NL DB restore process stuck at

Processing object type SCHEMA_EXPORT/TABLE/GRANT/OWNER_GRANT/OBJECT_GRANT

Processing object type SCHEMA_EXPORT/FUNCTION/FUNCTION

Processing object type SCHEMA_EXPORT/FUNCTION/GRANT/OWNER_GRANT/OBJECT_GRANT

Since the restore process has not completed, it still leaves behind .db and other files on marker folder.    Any one has idea why it get stuck at this grant ?  Per DBA , there are no blocking sessions

Any help /quick response is appreciated . As always thanks in advance.
