Is there a way to setup a pay type attached to an employee that will automatically pay them that fla

I am looking for a way to automate an earning that needs to be paid to employee as a wellness credit.  This amount will not come from time entry, but from the 3rd party benefit administrator vendor, and it's not every employee but only a select that completes the requirements.  Originally I was thinking of setting up as a deduction code with a negative amount to credit the employee, however, since this amount has to be returned to the taxable wages bucket and be taxed, it needs to go in as an earning.  Unless there is some other way to
