How to pass parameters to FNDATTCH form when calling through menu option using form personalization

Hi,

I am trying to call the FNDATTCH form through a menu option using form personalization on the quick sales order form.

Please guide what all parameters I need to pass to FNDATTCH form when calling through form personalization.

As of now, I am getting errors on

GLOBAL.ATTACHMENT_FNAME , global.attachment_control_string, global.attachment_session_context , global.attachment_context1, global.attachment_context2 , global.attachment_context3.
