Modified Records above partitioning level coming in prod hierarchy level getting rejected in prod.cs

Hello Experts,

prod.csv.dat failing on production hence needs urgent resolution.
issue:: Domain Partition at 'tpc' level initially while todays prod.csv.dat few records coming for change in 'cmpy' which is above partition level.
I am not sure thats reson records rejection.can we please update !! Attached logs for detailed information.
1)Can records after parttion level updated?
2) If not how to handle this scenario?
