Siebel Loyalty points available

Hello,

I have come across an issue with Siebel Loyalty points available.

We have member BC: LOY Member, field: Point 2 Value (column: S_LOY_MEMBER.POINT_TYPE_B_VAL), which should reflect points available.

In our implementation there are several cases when Expiration date from BC: LOY Accrual Item Locator (Table: S_LOY_ACRL_ITM) is not taken into account.

I cannot find in implementation nor in oracle documentation, is there some process that should recalculate available points on member?

The main issue is with inactive member deletion, as process has validation against POINT_TYPE_B_VAL, it should be 0 in order to delete member.
