Slow performance in IE

We are using R18.2 release, and having performance issue accessing from Internet Explorer 11.

Sometime it will take 10 seconds or more to just open BP record even the BP contains few data elements.

This happens frequently and user need to reload the screen each time.

Accessing same BP from chrome does not have this issue and most of the time it is faster.

Does anyone have experience same issue and have any idea to improve this in IE? We have a customer browser restriction to IE11.
