Aggregation of planned orders per Work Order Demand

Good morning Gurus,

We have the following scenario requirement from business.

We have Configured Items in XX3 that creates Work Orders and BOM in XX1, all the components of those BOM are stored in XX3 and would like to get them replenish to VA1 whenever a new Work Order is created. We would like to have automatically relese the components from XX3 to XX1 per Work order demand. So the idea is that all the components planned orders to be combiened per Work Order demand and get released into one IR/ISO. So like when we put ship sets in the SO to external customers, that we want to get all lines
