adop Patch 24690690 for 12.2.7 Upgrade fails

Doing upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.7

Completed the upgrade to 12.2 and I am on the last step of applying the latest RUP 12.2.7 using Patch 24690690.

Upgrade Document followed:  http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E26401_01/doc.122/e73540/toc.htm

I then followed Oracle Document ID 2230783.1 to apply Patch 24690690

adop phase=apply apply_mode=downtime patches=24690690

After 90 minutes, adop failed with below error

AutoPatch error:

Error running SQL and EXEC commands in parallel

You should check the file

/data3/GOLD/fs_ne/EBSapps/log/adop/2/20180303_203547/apply/uatapps/24690690/log/u24690690.log

for errors.
