EDI Decommissioning - file compression clarification

In document 2287642.1 under the section XML File Generation: Flow, it states:

"As of we are not providing the file compression option, but have decided to go-ahead with the option of splitting the files to meet the HMRC requirement".

However in the concurrent programs for the RTI FPS, EYU and Additional FPS the parameter "Compress File" is defaulted to "Yes".

Please clarify.
