Service Request migration with Audit informations

Hi,

Am migrating all open service requests exists in 11i to R12 (Implementation project) using cs_servicerequest_pub.create_servicerequest API and creating the respective notes using JTF_NOTES_PUB.Create_note.

Now I also need to migrate the Audit information from CS_INCIDENTS_AUDIT_B table for all open SR's am migrating.

Can anyone suggest how can we achieve this? It's urgent please help.
