Hi ,

EP_LOAD_MDP_LEVEL and mdp_add is taking too much time to Complete as Compared to Other Instance . it is taking around 2 hours to complete while in other Instance it takes nearly 10-15 mins . Is there are any  Specific patches  that are there which Improves the Perfomance of these 2 Procedure OR it is is related to DBA issues , also if yes how to debug this
