Can the order of Processing Option Tab be changed?

Hello,

I am adding a tab 'Process' to an existing processing option template.  The existing tab is 'Format' and users do not need to change any of the processing options on this tab.  I would like to make the new 'Process' tab the one that displays as the default tab whenever the user run the UBE.  Do I need to delete the Format tab and re-add it or is there a way to change the order of the tabs?
