EPM 11.1.2.3.500 Java Error opening Financial Reporting reports from Workspace

Hello,

         using EPM 11.1.2.3.500 with IE 11 Enterprise Mode users received this error when try to opening a FR Report from Worspace:

Is this issue caused by a wrong set-up of browser or as I found into the Oracle support document "System 9 Platform Error:Authen_cssapplicationnottrusted Random Errors Within Workspace Sessions (Doc ID 1216737.1)" is related to a bug? It's very strange that the solution is the installation of "Hyperion System 9 BI+ 9.3.1.0.35 Service Fix" patch 6701100 when I already installed some other up to date patch on server for the FR module.
