Posting: Single Ledger completed with Error

Hello,

We ran a Posting: Single Ledger request and it completed with error.  We were unable to determine the cause for the error from the log  Please see attachment of the log and Concurrent Manager log. Any feedback you can give would be greatly appreciated.
