Canadian taxes
Hello,
we are running payroll for Canadian employees and for the majority of the cases the taxes jurisdiction that applies to the employee is whatever has been set in the employee master.
However, we have a situation where employees during the same pay period work a few days in Alberta and a few days in Northwest Territories. For this situation, we have to apply income tax rules for the time records worked in Alberta and Northwest Territories tax rules for the time entry records that happen in Northwest Territories.
We have tried to enter the Northwest Territory tax area in time entry but taxes still default to Alberta which is the tax area set in the employee master.
