Unable to Open HFM Applicaiton (Active Directory related)

Hi All,

We are migrating to a new AD, and while doing so, we have kept our old AD in Hyperion as a back up. Users under both ADs have the same username.

All users are provisioned through groups, and during migration, we edited groups security file and loaded in HSS. In this case, users from both ADs are provisioned in the same group(s). So for example, user A from both new_AD and old_AD is provisioned to group -  HFM_view.

The issue we have been encountering is that after the file has been loaded, none of the users could open up HFM applications, both AD users and Native Directory users received the same error:
