MSCA Personalizations without WMS

Hi,

I have a client that uses Oracle MSCA without WMS product. They are upgrading from R12.1.3 to R12.2.7. I will like to know if we can do MSCA personalizations without a WMS installation or license. With R12.2+ the MWA personalization is extended to a lot of pages and client will like to utilize this functionality. Can someone from MSCA or Logistics team clarify? If yes, then which responsibility should we use to enable the MWA personalizations for specific INV pages?
