Any EnterpriseOne Application Gets Stuck in Processing in Internet Explorer

Hi Team,

We have just upgraded Tools release from 9.2.0.1 to 9.2.1.4 successfully & almost resolved all browser related issue.

But today we got a query for single user that when he try to load any data ( like Go to end ) application gets stuck and its continuously just processing & try to load the data into grid.

So I tried my user id & data is loaded properly without any issue , we have check with security team but their is no security applied.

We have asked user to check on other system but he is still facing same issue.

User is getting this issue on IE (11.0.51) & chrome browser.
