Applying patch to Production and hangs at adop phase=fs_clone

We are looking for solution to solve our fs_clone hangs problem.

We are applying patches to our Production environment using adop.

adop is successful for phases prepare, apply, finalize, cutover, cleanup. No error for these phases.

Then it hangs at the fs_clone phase, our command as follow:

adop phase=fs_clone maxworkers=16 workers=16

It seems it was updating /u01/oracle/PROD/oraInventory/logs/cloneActions2018-02-23_07-06-48PM.log

It stops at the following line

commandList = /u01/oracle/PROD/apps/fs1/EBSapps/10.1.2/perl/bin/perl,/u01/oracle/PROD/apps/fs1/EBSapps/10.1.2/bin/getopmnproc.pl

The generation of /u01/oracle/PROD/apps/fs1/EBSapps/10.1.2/root.sh is not completed.
