setting custom program name for a uel application while invoking opcode to load events

I am unable to override the program name that is passed to a custom opcode to load events using UEL

Issue:

1 while defining the input Flist to the custom opcode (or any opcode for that matter), the program name that is passed to the opcode call is always "Universal Event Loader"

Expectation:

Program name passed to the input flist of the opcode should be either picked from the event log file or set to the override value configured in the "Event Load Opcode" tab of the uel

Please advise.
