Error 31 - Unopened Secondary Ledger Period

Dears.

I am not able to post manual journals in GL.As I face this error (Error 31 - Unopened Secondary Ledger Period). However, the periods were opened in primary and secondary ledgers.EBS R12

So, how can I solve this issue?
