How to modify default value of a security measure on RPAS?

Hello,

My environment is RPAS 14.0.2.

I need to modify the default value of the security measure "locsecurityusr" from true to false? Is it possible?

I tryed to use the regmeasure command. but it dosen't work. The navalue didn't change.

regmeasure -d . -modify locsecurityusr -specialval display:naval:false

Please, could you give me a solution?
