Siebel - IP2017 Migration utilities using Migration Application

Dear Siebel experts,

We are at the beginning of long journey of using migration utilities. Of course we were looking for some information a bookshelf however there are still some black spaces.

is there any detail description of Supported resources for migration and guideline how to use it?

In general I'm missing information of detail description of particular resources and combination which are allowed.

1) If I pick the the scheme service, do I have to also pick the Runtime repository?

2) Which items are included in Runtime repository ?     Does it include also custom DB changes?    What are the additional steps  which need to be manually performed once Runtime repository is finished.
