Unable to export the shared services artifacts

Hi All,

We are using Hyperion shared services 11.1.2.3. When we try to export artefacts from Application groups (only user roles) the process hangs at inprogress state in migration status report and not going to complete state.

We have checked the SQL shared services table space and it looks ok. Is it because of lot of files accumulated in file system? However when we check the foundation server we have 4GB space left yet.
