AGIS - How to create relationship between two legal entities belonging in to two separate Ledgers

Hi Team,

Client has the following scenario and wants to implement AGIS for the solution.

-- We have multiple Ledgers each Ledger is associated with the one Legal entity.  [Ex: India Ledger assigned to India LE and USA Ledger assigned to USA LE]

In this case how can i define relationship b/w the two LE s belongs to two separate Ledgers.
