Customer Since field on collection agent form is not visible receivable customer standard screen

Customer Since field on collection agent form is fetching value from account_established_date of hz_cust_accounts  but I don't find the this field in receivable customer standard screen. Can you please help why we are not able the customer since under receivable-> customer
