OTM Shipment - Automate Secure / WithDraw Tender / Again Secure Resources for a given shipment

OTM Version 5.5:

Once the OTM Shipment is released to EBS by securing the resources,  To perform changes on the shipment, steps required is to WithDraw The Tender, Perform The changes and again Secure Resources to send the OTM Shipment Info to EBS? My Question : Is there a way to automate the process of Withdrawing tender based on certain criteria from custom logic and Update the Shipment (E.g Update the Pool Location) and then secures resources again to send updated shipment information back to EBS?
