I am reading on Oracle RAC VM whitepaper

I have a few questions regarding Oracle RAC on VM

It is mentioned - " Oracle VM and Oracle RAC enables a better server consolidation (Oracle RAC databases with

How does this setup leverages CPU utilization(better server consolidation?

How are virtual clusters created on physical servers?
